Catherine Bryant
Director & Co-Founder
Catherine Bryant (known as Catherine Saunders locally) is a Senior solicitor with 18 years’ experience advising UK and international clients on complex matters.
Catherine has worked at Top 50–100 law firms and Tier 1 teams in London and Cardiff. Her work includes acquisitions and disposals for developers, housing associations, investors and individuals. Catherine also specialises in property portfolios, shared ownership, new-build homes, Help to Buy redemption and advising commercial clients on buy-to-let and BRRR transactions across residential sectors (buy, refurbish, refinance, rent).
Recognised early with a Law Society scholarship and mentorship by Rugby Football Union (RFU), Catherine built and scaled her consultancy and led departments as Head and Director. She is passionate about innovation in property services and widening access to the profession. Outside work, she enjoys caravanning, DIY, country music and travel, and values time with family.
Kate Locke
Director & Co-Founder
Kate Locke is a Chartered Legal Executive with over seven years’ experience supporting residential property transactions for both individual and commercial clients.
She advises on the sale, purchase and remortgage of freehold and leasehold property, with particular experience in shared ownership, new-build homes, Help to Buy redemption, and advising commercial clients on site setup for new-build developments. Kate is known for delivering a clear, supportive and efficient service throughout, ensuring clients feel informed, reassured and confident at every stage of the process from start to finish.
Having built her career within a national law firm, Kate’s long-term goal has always been to bring her skills back to her hometown. Alongside her legal work, she plays an active role in her family’s business, strengthening her commercial awareness and leadership. Outside the office, she is a wife to Craig and mum to George and Rosie, and values a balanced family life.
